The VIA Group is a globally recognized leader in providing Professional Services supporting Unified Messaging and Converged Communication solutions. With roots in the VMX/Octel voice mail products, VIA has been installing and maintaining complex messaging solutions since 1990. An early expert in the IP Messaging field, in 1998 VIA was one of the first System Integrators to install an enterprise-size Avaya Unified Messenger system incorporating Microsoft Exchange, and continues to support that customer today.

All of VIA’s resources concentrate on increasing customer’s productivity and profitability through messaging and related solutions. Key products for our customers include Microsoft OCS and Exchange UM solutions, Avaya Modular Messaging, one-X and Message Networking, and VMI UCN and Vmerge applications. In addition, VIA sells, installs and supports related voice/messaging applications, including fax solutions integrated with Microsoft Exchange and voice activated auto attendant/PBX directories.

VIA's services are mainly focused on IP messaging, unified/converged communications and related technologies. VIA also offers a full range of consulting, deployment and support services for all components of Microsoft’s Office Communication Server 2007, and is a member of Microsoft’s Voice Partner Program.
