The VIA Group works closely with our clients to ensure that your installation is painless, on budget and on time. As with all complex business applications, your involvement is crucial to ensure success. As an integral member of the team, you will be asked to provide answers to a number of technical, business and operational questions - call it a Pre-Flight Survey. But not to worry - once you've provided us with the data and guidance we request, the rest of the process is up to us!
